What is pilates?

Pilates Mat Class: A full-body workout that emphasizes core stability, muscular endurance, and postural alignment. This low-impact class targets deep stabilizing muscles, helping you develop a strong foundation that supports every movement you make. Each session focuses on precise, controlled movements that challenge your strength, enhance your balance, and improve overall body awareness. You'll work to correct imbalances, increase joint stability & mobility, and promote nervous system retraining through mindful, breath-driven exercises performed on the mat.

Our certified instructor holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, allowing participants to receive personalized, therapeutic modifications tailored to their individual fitness levels and needs. Pilates is ideal for anyone looking to improve core strength, prevent injury, and move with greater ease and confidence. Whether you're new to movement or a seasoned athlete, our instructors will guide you through a dynamic and accessible class that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and balanced.
