Here is a basic rundown of a birthday party schedule. We can absolutely customize for you and your needs and adjust on the fly.

0:00-0:10 - Welcome/Waiver Confirmation/Shoe Sizing
0:10-0:15 - Intro to the Space - Going Over Safety Expectations
0:15-0:50 - Run Around and Climb!
0:50-1:10 - Organized Activity
1:10-1:40 - Food/Presents
1:40-1:55 - Organized Activity or Free Climb
1:55-2:00 - Last Climb and Shoe Return

Only kids who will be on the climbing holds count toward your 12 climbers, regardless of age. If you have a sibling that will be present but not climbing, they do not count toward the participation total.

Yes! The base price includes 12 climbers but you can have up to 15 with a $10 charge per extra climber.

Of course! You can bring whatever you want, streamers, balloons, the works. We just ask that everything stays in the party room and you clean up after yourselves.

You can use the oven to keep food warm, but we ask that you do not bring anything that requires cooking.

We also have a fridge and freezer you’re welcome to use.

Kids under proper supervision can climb for a few minutes downstairs after the party is over, however we ask that you limit additional climbing to 15-minutes.

By default, we will stay in the kids area, however there is some flexibility based on instructor discretion or if you have an older group of climbers. If you know ahead of time you want to spend time upstairs, please contact us at amanda@brimstoneboulders.com

We reserve the right to charge a $25 cleaning fee if the room requires staff to stay after the party for a significant cleanup.

Nope! All we need to know is the age ranges and if there will be more than 12 climbers.

We can be a little flexible, however we cannot keep the party room closed to other patrons past the end of your reservation.
