Want to learn how to lift? Intrigued, but vaguely intimidated by the big weights? Need a refresher on form? Join us for Lifting 101!
Over the course of two sessions, Matt will go over the four major compound lifts: deadlift, bench press, and strict press. The workshop will focus on proper technique, simple movement progressions, and easy-to-understand programming. Participants can expect to leave more confident to hit the gym and ready to incorporate barbells into their workout.
