Physical Therapist & Pilates Instructor

Dianne is a physical therapist—or as she likes to describe herself, a “body detective”—with a passion for unraveling the complexities of human movement and health. Armed with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University (2018) and a boundless curiosity for the latest research, she takes a whole-body approach to care. Her evaluations dive deep into the nervous, musculoskeletal, and gastrointestinal systems, while also addressing the impact of chronic inflammation on recovery and overall health. 

Dianne’s treatment philosophy blends Pilates principles—focusing on core strength, alignment, and controlled movement—with neuroscience techniques to retrain the brain-body connection for lasting improvements. She empowers patients through education and practical tools to build strength, awareness, and resilience.

Dianne holds advanced training for recovery and prevention involving the: 

  • pelvic floor

  • vestibular system

  • neurological & movement disorders (stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis,& Parkinson's Disease)

  • chronic pain 

  • orthopedic injuries

  • post-concussion syndrome

  • equipment/wheelchair fittings
