Brittany has been practicing yoga since 2009 and completed her first teacher training in 2012.She holds certifications in Ashtanga Yoga with David Swenson, Vinyasa Flow with Meghan Currie, and Yin Yoga. Her classes weave together breath, strength, mobility, and recovery—with a strong emphasis on structural alignment, myofascial release, and functional strength, including core-focused movement to support longevity and ease in the body.

As a licensed acupuncturist specializing in Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Acupuncture, she brings a deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention to every class. Her teaching is especially supportive for climbers and athletes seeking to build body awareness, improve performance, and stay injury-free.
