About SMT
The focus of Strength Mobility Training (SMT) is to strengthen the ligaments and tendons around the major joints–as well as the muscles that support them–in order to enhance our body’s capabilities, avoid injuries, and learn to live a pain free and active life.
Matt struggled with knee and back pain and injury for most of his athletic life, but by implementing these SMT movements and slowly adding progressive overload to them, he has been able to totally turn this around and can now participate in any activity he chooses without hesitation or pain. This is why he is so excited to share these principles.
About The Clinics
The clinics are designed to address the three main pain point areas in the body:
Knees & Ankles
Hips & Low Back
Shoulders & Upper Back
Matt will take time during the clinics to learn and identify each participant’s pain points, create a plan that works for each individual and gives them the tools for continued growth and strength.
Every clinic includes a comprehensive guide to all the movements covered, bonus movements and a workout program to implement as part of everyday training.
