LYDIA WARREN

Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Lydia Warren has played music since she was five. She earned a degree in Piano Performance and spent a few post-grad years as a staff pianist at Belmont University. Lydia is a certified "inside person" by nature… or at least she was.

That all changed when she accidentally moved into a house in South Nashville with a crew of stoner dirtbags who lured her to the local climbing gym. Next thing she knew, Lydia was spending every weekend climbing across Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Colorado. Her weekdays were still full of arias and overtures, but her heart was increasingly somewhere out west.

Eventually, Lydia gave in to the pull. She left her university job for full-time dirtbaggery. She spent a berry-filled summer in Denali, Alaska, slinging espresso and frolicking through the tundra. When winter came, she headed to the Columbia River Gorge to work as a lifty at Mt. Hood Meadows and learn how to ski.

These days, Lydia’s happily nested in White Salmon, WA, now a proudly certified “green outdoors person” who spends her time hiking, biking, reading, watercolor painting, playing music, learning how to kayak, snuggling her cat, Misty.
