Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to any programs, workshops and classes offered by Brimstone Boulders. 

All time frames refer to the time between the cancellation and the first day of the offering.

Note: Participants must reschedule or via email to info@brimstoneboulders.com. We do not currently have a way to cancel bookings via our website.


4 Weeks or More from the first day of the offering:

  • Participants may cancel or reschedule at will, and receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.

2-4 Weeks from the first day of the offering:

  • Participants who cancel will receive an in-house credit for 95% of the total price paid for the offering. 

  • That in-house credit may be used to reschedule or towards future services or offerings at Brimstone. 

2 Week or Less from the first day of the offering:

  • Brimstone will not issue refunds or credits for cancellations within one week of the first day of a camp, program workshop or class.

A NOTE: We are not entirely heartless or unreasonable. Exceptions to the above policies may arise, and, if they do, we will work with folks on a case by case basis to try to come up with a reasonable solution.
