Think an hour of calisthenics designed to systematically take each of your muscle groups to the point of fatigue and/or failure with an emphasis on core and stabilizer muscles. Sort of like pilates to [non-traditional] music. 

Attendees will, ideally, leave class worked and empowered, and, over time, develop increased support and stability in their joints, greater mobility and just a little more joy.

Strength + Stretch

This class combines elements of barre, Pilates, weight training and yoga to build strength, stability, endurance and mobility . . . in a way that doesn’t leave you too sore to play outside the next day. Expect a balance of strength work, controlled body-weight exercises, mindful stretches and bursts of cardio to the beat of the music to keep the energy high.

All humans and fitness levels are welcome–our instructors will provide options to modify or intensify movements so you can tailor the class to your energy level.
