Daryen Randall
Licensed Massage Therapist
Daryen grew up in Hood River, surrounded by the rivers, trails and mountains of the Columbia River Gorge. Movement, nature, and hands-on work have always been central to her life. Training in Jiu-Jitsu taught her to pay close attention to injury, recovery, and the way the body holds both strength and tension. That path eventually led her to massage therapy, where she found a meaningful way to support others in their healing journeys.
Daryen completed her massage training at the Gorge Academy of Cosmetology and Massage, with a strong foundation in deep tissue, sports recovery, and structural bodywork. She is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and build a stronger connection with their bodies—whether they're recovering from injury, managing stress, or dealing with the effects of everyday wear and tear.
When she’s not doing bodywork, Daryen splits her time between training, silversmithing, and running a small mushroom farm with her partner. These practices keep her grounded in the natural world, creativity, and movement—the same elements that inspire her work with clients.
