Catelyn Wahlstrom

Catelyn Wahlstrom was raised in Hood River and began climbing two years ago at Brimstone. She got hooked—drawn to the supportive community, the movement and style of climbing, the strength she developed along the way and how quickly she found herself able to progress.

Outside of the old church, Catelyn prefers to spend her time outdoors: hammocking, playing disc golf, reading, swimming, stargazing, fishing, or camping. This year, she’d like to spend more time climbing outdoors, as well. 

She’s often accompanied by her Jack Russell, Cali, who also appreciates Catelyn’s inclination towards fun outside.
