Lo Nathamundi

Yoga Instructor

Lo Nathamundi found yoga in another lifetime and studied philosophy in college in this one. Philosophy prepared him for several short-term jobs, including a lumber mill and a video store. There was an idealistic stint as a literary translator. He also worked as an art model and a glow-in-the-dark mini-golf attendant. The logical culmination of all this, was, of course, joining a circus.

These days, Lo works as a licensed massage therapist. He drinks tea and ginger beer and worships otters and cormorants with interpretive dances in the dark when no one is looking. And takes lots of nature photos. Mostly of deer, but also of birds.

His hobbies include making salves with extra frankincense and singing covers of Björn Afzelius, Joakim Thåström and Oscar Danielson at open mics. Laleh is, quite frankly and tragically, outside of his vocal range.

Lo loves artistic collaboration of many kinds. He is the founder or co-founder of many creative and artistic projects, including the Kaleidoscope Community Yoga project, the Lifetimes Per Hour music project, and the Bear and Crane tandem massage business.

In his yoga classes, you can expect a fiery mix with lots of creative modifications and adaptive options. And extra frankincense and philosophy.
