ERIKA GUTH
Yoga Instructor
Yoga has served as an important throughline in Erika’s life since childhood. Her mother let her tag along to Saturday morning vinyasa classes in her hometown of Conifer, CO, where she was regularly the youngest member in the class. What began as a fun mother-daughter activity quickly transformed into a valuable tool for mind and body connection, self expression, and nervous system regulation.
After fifteen years of personal practice, Erika completed her 200-hour Yoga Teach Training in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. She studied Vinyasa and Hatha yoga alongside Permaculture Design. Erika’s classes are deeply inspired by the cycles of the natural world and the wisdom of our own anatomy. Expect creative flows that balance effort with ease, and leave you feeling more connected to yourself and the world around you. Her mission is to cultivate inclusive, authentic classes that support practitioners through all seasons of life.
Erika moved to Hood River in 2022 after falling in love with the beauty of the Gorge and all of the outdoor activities it has to offer. She is overjoyed by the opportunity to offer the gifts of yoga to the community in this place she has come to call home.
